ABOUT US
The Elliott Wright & Anderson (EWA) group is an international niche boutique restructuring and strategic finance firm. EWA serves select companies from 20 to 500 employees, in traditional and other high‑growth markets in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe & Japan to date - see 'Team Results' tab for more information. EWA's team members have collectively participated in various roles in the restructuring of multiple firms from $2 million plus. EWA has reworked both private as well as public companies. One of our associates also played a role restructuring regional banks, including New York Mellon Bank.
We work with businesses that are:
-
Over‑levered, unable to continue servicing their debt, or actively considering bankruptcy or similar proceedings
Our core specialization is minority creditor recovery and debt‑to‑equity conversion strategies. Through Creditor Advocates USA, we guide clients through complex financial distress, designing structures that align stakeholders, stabilize operations, and preserve enterprise value wherever commercially feasible.
EWA adheres to the highest standards of corporate privacy, including strict use of notarized NDAs prior to the exchange of sensitive information.
We invite you to a strictly confidential initial discussion to determine whether there is a credible path to a constructive restructuring or capital solution, including the potential to avert pending or prospective Chapter actions and related adverse measures.
Where appropriate, EWA helps structure and coordinate:
-
Standstill agreements that create a defined “time‑out” for orderly negotiations
-
Minority‑led restructuring frameworks, including debt‑to‑equity conversions
-
Leadership and governance changes where necessary to support a credible turnaround plan
Subject to counsel’s advice and board approval, these measures can often be implemented on an accelerated timeline, although actual duration will vary based on facts and circumstances. EWA provides independent advisory services only; all legal actions are undertaken by appointed licensed counsel.
If you would like to explore whether our approach may be suitable for your organization, we encourage you to contact us for a confidential conversation and to speak with counsel for full disclosures.
Specific outcomes are dependent on numerous factors and cannot be assured. Services are provided to screened candidate entities on a best‑efforts basis only. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of this website for additional disclosures and terms of use.
